Part of the original Commerce One European team, that successfully went on to be floated on Nasdaq hitting a $200billion market cap and successfully acquiring Veo Systems for $300million.
Established the first Internet automotive exchange as part of Covisint e-marketplace made up of Ford Motor Company, General Motors, DaimlerChrysler AG and other automakers. Went on to become CTO of Utility One in Europe and part of numerous startups, such as Earth2Zero, Convey and Drinksin.com. Currently also is cofounder of Pario Ventures a private equity fund and holds numerous non-executive roles.
Kevin Doyle, Non-Exec Director is the founder and chairman of a Belgium private investment group and has 20 years’ experience developing and leading supply chain technology companies across Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Retail, Utilities and Health Care. Kevin’s investment strategy has been centered on initiating new ventures led by new software products & services in existing and often in ground-breaking technology markets. He is extremely adept in recognizing and even creating emerging markets and successfully translating these ideas into profitable businesses.
Kevin’s involvement in successful ventures have generally been ‘firsts’ in the market. include the 1st “off the Shelf” VAT reclaim software (1994), the 1st B2B e-procurement solution (1996) which resulted in the business being acquired by Chase Manhattan bank, 1st OBI (Open Buying on the Internet) compliant Business 2Business solution (1997). Kevin’s OBI platform was promoted in the Market by Microsoft and Kevin subsequently sold his interests in this business to the Voorhees Investment group based in Virginia.
In 1998 Kevin then established a company that specialised in solving complex integration issues for companies providing B2B software. This company became a lead partner to Microsoft’s European CIP strategy (1999) and was subsequently acquired by Infobank. Kevin was the second largest private shareholder in this business which became the fastest growing technology company on the Stock exchange and reached a market Cap of 2.4 Billion.
In March 2000 Kevin sold his interests and established the private investment business. With this venture he is now helping the group to identify promising and interesting opportunities that are complimentary to the existing portfolio and focus on simplifying supply chains using both technology and services.
The group is actively involved in both first round and second round investments. During this time Kevin has also been co-inventor on a number patents within the Health Care and B2B areas.
Virginia has 15 years experience working in both the UK and mainland Europe in financial management and business start-ups. Virginia established a freight forwarding and logistics business in 1996 which was subsequently acquired in 2001. In the last 9 years Virginia has been the financial director for a private investment group based in Belgium. She has been involved in assisting the financial operations for both start-up businesses as well as more establish companies in the technology space. Typically the companies that Virginia has been involved with have developed into Successful multi million pound operations.

He has performed full turn around of under performing and failed projects across multiple NHS organisations. His experience has allowed him to deliver a wide range of initiatives from a full Desktop Refresh and File Service consolidation for Enfield Health Informatics Service to the definition of a new operating model for Video Conferencing services across NELCN (taking into account the Provider vs Commissioner split). Comparing with external benchmark ‘best practice’ shared service effectiveness and efficiency.
