A prestigious NHS organisation, Merseyside Trust is looking for an experienced RiO Project Manager to work with service leads and various other stakeholders to ensure the delivery RiO V5 across their organisation. The candidate will be responsible for the full project life cycle from participating in the pre-deployment planning through to working with NHS LSP in the deployment.

The successful RIO Project Manager will be responsible for developing robust, effective & efficient project plans, which complement each other in terms of timescale & deliverables. You will also ensure the Systems Implementation Manager is fully informed of the causes & requirements for re-planning projects & will co-ordinate the deployment of RiO. In addition, you will effectively liaise with counterparts in other organisations & will develop project plans & all associated groups to ensure take-up and ownership of IT systems. NHS and Rio experience are essential for this position.

To be considered for this role candidate MUST:

• Demonstrate strong full life cycle experience in a similar RiO deployment role.
• Have in-depth knowledge of RiO V4 and V5
• Experienced in creating detailed work break down structures to demonstrate delivery components.
• Experienced in resource planning and Matrix managing resources.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical reporting
• Minimum 4 years end to end project life cycle experience, of Business Change, gained in the NHS, Public Sector, Consultancies and other large scale blue chip IT environments.
• MUST be PRINCE 2 Practitioner or PMI qualified
• Full responsibility of managing RAID logs on a daily basis.
• Experienced reporting skills at governance level of highlight reports, RAG status and exception planning.
• Strong communication skills and a strong ability to implement effective project controls within projects.
• Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business from end users, senior technologists, business heads etc.
• 2 Years NHS Experiences is essential.
